To activate Information Rights Management (IRM) on your device so you can gain access to IRM-protected content, use the following steps:

1. With your device connected to the PC, click Tools.
2. Click Advanced Tools.
3. Click Activate Information Rights Management.
4. Enter your credentials if prompted. Most of the activation process happens behind the scenes and depends on server availability and network conditions.
